I have had to think long and hard on the suggestions but think these will work on a tight budget.
The 1st 1 I'd suggest would be DISNEY princess Sofia the first, this would just require a slight curling of the back of the hair.
2nd would be actress Henrieke Fritz, she's very awesome and can be done with just a few hair extensions.
3rd would require lavish costumes and wigs of non-real hair colour, I have seen the rise in popularity of DISNEY DESCENDANTS, you can't go wrong with either Mal or Evie or if bright colours aren't for you there is Lonnie.

There's no point getting a lace-front if the hair isn't realistic, I paid $1000 for my Ginny wig and $500 for my Sofia wig, I really don't know Ebay but get the wigs custom made as my head is small.
This isn't about wigs, I just didn't want to be upset if I made a suggestion for a character and it wasn't cost effective.
You could do the characters on €40 each but might be hard if you want them to be the best impression, I am uploading a cosplay I did for nothing just because if you do't buy things then just wear them in a shop you can save money.

I really don't know where tuore brought your wigs then. Only few are not good quality but They where then under 10€. Ebay is nice place to find wigs is you know what to look. But still don't understand way this is only about wigs... I own 3 lace front wig, 2 over 150 cm long wig etc. I've done over 40 cosplays in 7 years and now I have to use over 100 € for a wig... No thank you

30 wigs, I own 2 of maximum quality, I am not sure how many of those wigs will be good quality or have a cap size that's too large or not comfortable, wigs don't cost 40 that isn't a wig that's a product made of a material that's slightly better than crete paper.
I am trying with my suggestions but it might end up being short brown haired people or people with slightly longer hair than you, with the amount of money you pay for wigs it's hard for me to make suggestions, you might be able to get some decent hair extensions for that price.

I understand but if I suggested someone with blonde curls to the floor the wig would be $1000 and you can't afford it, I pay several 100 as I hate my wig to look fake as people might notice.
I have a few suggestions using your own hair but don't know of good wigs over 40 as they tend to be itchy and unrealistic if you don't know what you're doing and I don't.
I will have suggestions too but on a limited budget I will have to think hard.
